The Womanizer Enhance offers a pleasant combo of vibration and clitoral air pulse stimulation, and it has a thicker mouth for more contact with your body. It’s a great option if you enjoy air pulse stimulation and also like stimulation to the broader vulva area. I love air pulse toys, but I sometimes want a little more from them… so I had to try it. Let’s get into it!

Unboxing & Inspection
The Womanizer Enhance comes in sturdy packaging with a little ribbon pull tab. It includes the user manual, magnetic USB charging cord, and a canvas-colored drawstring storage bag. It comes in 3 tasteful colorways: Lilac, Black, and Vibrant Pink.
The presentation is super nice, but if you toss the box, make sure to note the serial number on the sticker under the barcode.
The Enhance is a little more substantial than lower profile air pulse toys like the We-Vibe Melt, but it’s not too bulky in my opinion. It’s a tad smaller (and less expensive!) than the Womanizer Next, which just has air pulse stimulation and no vibration.
The +/- buttons controls the air pulse (and power on/off), and the left and right wave icon buttons control the vibrations. The lower diamond-shaped button controls the 10 vibration patterns. There are tons of possible combinations because the Enhance has 10 pulse speeds, 10 vibration speeds, and 10 vibration patterns.
The Enhance has 120 mins of run time on 120 mins of charge time via its magnetic USB charging cord. The indicator light will shine continuously when it’s fully charged.

My Experience using the Womanizer Enhance
If you’ve ever felt like the stimulation from a rose toy or other clit suction/pulse toy seemed too localized or intense on even its lowest setting, you should consider the Enhance. Because of its thicker mouth and additional vibration functions, the stimulation can feel a little more diffused, stimulating the vulva more broadly. That being said, the air pulse is adequately strong. Most days, it’s too much for me past level 6 or 7 if just using the air pulse alone. There is a lot of wiggle room in its scope of intensity, but I usually hover around #4 in terms of air pulse intensity.
I think the wider, sloping mouth also makes the Enhance more approachable in general. This has been my go-to toy since I first tried it 2 weeks ago, and I think it has something to do with the softness and rounded edges of the mouth that keeps calling to me. The mouth hugs my clit and the sloping head also comes into contact with my labia. The silicone is super soft and smooth on my skin, and I don’t feel like the rest of my vulva is being ignored while I use this thing.
I like to use the lower vibration settings in combo with a little stronger pulse setting when I want to focus on clit stimulation but still want to enjoy diffused vibes on the surrounding area. On the other hand, I can easily crank it up to a higher setting and just pound my clit unrelentingly if I want. Options. 😀
I first kinda ignored the vibration patterns, partly because the button isn’t part of the main 4-button interface. Once I tried them, I found that the “wave” and “ramp” patterns were my absolute favorites and sent me into another realm entirely. I love these two because they’re gradually building vibrations that eases off rhythmically, letting the air pulse sensations peek through and shine for a moment.
It’s not as quiet as the Womanizer Rose air pulse toy (another one that I love), but it still clocked in around 38-39dB when I tested it; and that’s more than quiet enough to be inaudible from another room, under the covers, or however you decide to play.
Final Thoughts
The sloping mouth of the Womanizer Enhance gives a more skin-to-toy contact, which makes the experience feel more nuanced and intimate. Plus, it’s got more than just air pulse; the vibration speeds and patterns really do add a whole other dimension because they stimulate the vulva area more broadly. This one is a new favorite, and with a 5-year warranty, I can feel confident about Womanizer’s long term product support.
