It’s beautiful and MIGHTY. Viben’s Zen Rose is a powerful clit pulsing toy that’s perfect for anyone needing more intense stimulation. For some, even the lowest setting may be sufficiently strong.

Unboxing & Inspection
The Viben Zen Rose comes in a little purple box with some of its key features printed on the side of the box. It’s available in 3 different color ways: Unicorn (marbled pink/blue/purple), Hot Pink, and Violet.
The silicone material is super silky soft, and the petals are a little bit fleshy feeling. This rose has a simple one button interface; just hold down the button 3 seconds to turn on/off.
The Zen Rose has a little magnetic charging base, and Viben puts a label on the charging cable, so you don’t lose it in a tangle of other cords. 🙂 It takes 1.2 hrs to fully charge and gives you ~1 hr of run time. The indicator light on the rose will blink while the toy charges and will remain on when it’s fully charged.
It also comes with a simple little instruction card (online version here).
My Experience with the Zen Rose
The Zen Rose feels great in your hand; the silicone is silky and smooth. The single button is easy to locate (also illuminates brightly during use!), and clicking through the modes is super simple. I really like how this little toy looks on my bedside table on its charging stand. I just think “girl toy” when I see it; it’s visually pleasing.
The petals on this rose aren’t stiff; they give a little when pressed into. I like that the mouth is raised past the tops of the surrounding petals. This allows you to really encircle the area that you need with a good amount of precision and easily adjust by feel. When the sensations feel too strong or overwhelming, you can also lift an edge of its mouth up off your skin to relieve some of the stimulation but not ALL of it. I can’t really do that with a rose toy with a flatter mouth/point of contact.
The Zen Rose is marketed as a suction toy, but it feels more like a pulsing effect to me, but it’s STRONG. Maybe the fact that the recessed part where the suction/pulsation originates is deeper and a little broader is what causes the sensation to be really amplified. Sometimes when I’m near my period and more sensitive than usual, this will be a little too strong if I use any mode beyond the first intensity. That’s just me, but I also don’t consider myself super sensitive… I think it really is just a strong toy. Still, I’d rather have a toy tend toward more intensity than less.
I appreciate that it’s designed so that the mouth part is totally sealed off. As a result, it’s a little easier to clean. The petals are pretty raised though, so those spaces do require some effort to clean. Still, those raised fleshy textures feel nice around my clit and labia during play.
Final Thoughts
The Zen Rose packs a major punch, especially for the price. Because it’s what I consider to be a strong suction/pulse toy, I would caution users who know themselves to be on the more sensitive side. It’s available in 3 pretty color ways and has a 1-year warranty from Viben.
