The Elektra Kegel set has 4 interchangeable weighted Kegel balls. The insertable Kegel sling provides low level electrical pulses, which can stimulate your pelvic floor muscles, improve circulation to the area, and eventually strengthen and tone those muscles. Use the Honey Play Box app to monitor changes in your pelvic floor responses. The Elektra also has the ability to sense pressure and respond, so the stronger the squeeze, the greater the electro-stimulation!
It’s recommended to practice for about 15 minutes daily and to start with the smallest 18g ball first and gradually work up to the 65g ball.
