I sought out this intuitively curved, ribbed vibrator when I felt a specific need to release some frustration… and I’ve revisited it several times since. This toy gives you super intense stimulation with the ribbing down its shaft, and it’s got a pronounced head that curves upward, which you can use to grind/rub on or maneuver to target your g-spot. While Luv Inc’s Ribbed Vibrator may look intense, the price point is pretty approachable at ~$49.99 (before any discounts). It’s also fully waterproof and made with body-safe silicone. Why can’t everything be waterproof and body-safe?! 🙂
Unboxing & Inspection
Yep – Luv Inc’s new Ribbed Vibrator looks like an intense device (and it is), but it’s also pretty versatile because of its shape and flexibility. It’s totally silicone and waterproof, too! At 1.4″ wide at the widest part of the head, it’s not particularly girthy and is pretty easily to maneuver. It’s got 5.7″ of insertable length and measures 8.4″ long overall.

My Experience Using Luv Inc’s Ribbed Vibrator
Cautionary note: As a general rule, and especially when using a toy with pronounced textures or ridges, it’s important to make sure you’re 1) relaxed and 2) amply lubricated. If you’re new to toys and interested in this vibe or others with pronounced textures, I’d recommend practicing relaxation of your pelvic floor and surrounding muscles so that you can better enjoy the experience.
Depending on your mood and energy level, you may need more lube than you first anticipate. I’ll admit that most of my *personal time* occurs at night when I’m already somewhat tired/ambling around lazily. Despite KNOWING to use generous lube, I still underestimated just how much I needed for this toy. On top of that, during the first time trying it, I realized that I was tense and didn’t fully recognize that my pelvic floor was tense as well until thinking back on it afterwards. This resulted in some initial discomfort, but I was able to work through it and managed to experience some interesting sensations in the perineum area during use. I digress…
It’s totally waterproof, so I really enjoyed using this vibe in the shower most recently. Because of its ridges, you can manage some strong stimulation while standing in the shower without doing much work. You can slowly plunge it in and out, letting the ridges drag against your labia and clit. Once I was rockin’ and rollin,’ I found that I liked two specific insertion depths:
- A somewhat shallow insertion: inserted so that ~three full ridges or so are showing. I enjoyed experimenting with the pronounced head, noticing the subtle differences at every millimeter that I plunged in or as I withdrew it. Dragging the ridges and edge of the head against your clit is nice, and the curve of the toy fits the contour of my pubic bone nicely. You can kind use it like a wand, too.

- A deeper penetration: insert the whole shaft or as deep as is comfortable for you. Bend the flexible handle toward yourself and you can grind against the ridges that are closer together for some stimulation at the base of your clit. If you need more pressure toward the lower part of your clit, you can press the shaft toward the front of your body near the point of insertion. I enjoyed doing this to get some firmer contact during deep penetration, and the toy has enough flexibility to accomplish this.
I really enjoy the pulse pattern that doesn’t pause in between pulses, and the boost mode is pretty cool too. To activate it, hold down the squiggly button, and you’ll be in boost for as long as needed (keep holding down the button to continue boosting). The majority of other toys with a boost mode have a pre-set duration, usually just 15 or so seconds, so this one is unique in that way.
It takes 90 minutes to charge Luv Inc’s ribbed vibe, and once fully charged, it can run for 100 minutes. The interestingly shaped light (lol) pulses when charging and stops pulsing when fully charged.
It’s extremely quiet; only about 32 dB when turned on the highest setting. A lot of the incidental noises in my house were about this loud, so it was actually a little difficult to measure. A good thing for privacy!
Final Thoughts
Due to its flexibility, this vibe kind of conforms to your internal curves, so I personally didn’t find it to be the easiest vibe for g-spot stimulation unless you really maneuver the shaft so that it applies the pressure needed/where you need it. HOWEVER, I love the feeling of the ribbed shaft plunging in and out, and I’ve also used it solely to grind on. That, combined with the visual of its phallic head, makes it a fun vibe to pull out for an immediate release or imaginative solo session – just remember to lube up generously, especially for penetration.
Overall, this ribbed vibrator from Luv Inc is a decent value (under $50) if you’re looking for a vibrator with very pronounced, interesting texture, especially given that it’s fully waterproof and silicone. Love a good deal!
